What do I receive?

You will receive high-resolution digital files (PNG/JPG) designed for credit-card style stickers and tech accessories.
No physical item will be shipped.

How do I download my files?

After payment, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access downloads from your order confirmation page.

I didn’t get the download email — what should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order number and we’ll resend the link.

Is this a physical sticker?

No. This is a digital design file. You can print it yourself or use a printing service.

Will this fit my card?

Our designs are made for a standard credit card size (85.60 × 53.98 mm).
Please note: card layouts vary by bank, so you may need minor trimming.

What about the chip / tap-to-pay area?

Many designs include a chip cutout area, but card layouts vary.
We recommend leaving the chip and contactless (tap) area clear and testing carefully. You are responsible for proper placement and use.

Printing recommendations?

For best results, print at 100% scale (no “fit to page”).
We recommend high-quality sticker paper or vinyl and a clean cut around edges.

Can I use these designs commercially?

These files are for personal use only unless the product page explicitly states commercial rights.
Reselling, sharing, or uploading the files to other platforms is not allowed.

Do you accept custom requests?

Yes! If you want a custom color/theme or a personalized design, message us with details.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital downloads, we don’t offer refunds after delivery/download.
If there is any issue with the file, we’ll fix it or resend it—just contact us.






How to request help

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include:

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

  • A brief description (and screenshots if possible)

We respond as quickly as possible and will provide a new download link or correct files when needed.

Returns & Refund Policy (Digital Downloads)

All sales are final.
Because our products are digital downloads (instant access files), we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the files have been delivered or downloaded.

That said, we’ll always help if something goes wrong.

We’ll gladly assist in these cases:

  • You didn’t receive your download email (or the link won’t open)

  • The file is corrupted or won’t download

  • You accidentally purchased the same item twice

  • The files you received are different from what was described on the product page
